Exclusive Caterer to The Grand Hall on Chouteau

The Grand Hall and Atrium is a perfect place for your fundraiser, corporate banquet, or wedding! The Grand Hall provides you with over 13,000 square feet of space complete with soaring ceilings and light-colored walls along with a huge 40-foot stage and with state-of-the art audio/visual equipment available for rental. Skylights and windows fill the space with natural light. And that’s not all, the lovely entrance Atrium (2,800 square feet) is a perfect pre-function area for your cocktail hour, registration area, or even your wedding ceremony!
Ample secure parking is also available at The Grand Hall on Chouteau.

Capacity: 500 guests seated, 850 guests standing

Rental Rates: A 4-hour event in the Grand Hall and Atrium (additional hours available per hour):

• Saturday and Sunday evening: $3,000
• Friday Evening: $2,000
• Monday through Thursday evening: $1,500

Discounted rates for Daytime events ending before 4:00 pm and Off peak months (January – March, July, August, and November)

If you are looking for a space for a small – medium corporate meeting or gathering or perhaps a private event, the Grand Hall on Chouteau has four separate classroom spaces that seat up to 36 people with two rooms that can be combined for a total of 72. Each classroom features ergonomic seating chairs, classroom tables, audio/visual capabilities. Two of our classrooms feature a large screen and projector. Ample parking available.

Rental Rates:

Daytime Monday-Friday: 4 hours for $150 with each additional hour at $50.
Evenings Monday – Friday: 4 hours $250 with each additional hour at $50.
Daytime Saturday and Sunday: 4 hours $200 with each additional hour at $50.
Evenings Saturday and Sunday: 4 hours $250 with each additional hour at $60.
